General Helper/Machine Operator – Train-1 | Kraft Heinz

The Tone:
This is an hourly manufacturing position at Kraft Heinz, located in Mason, OH. Kraft Heinz is a prominent food manufacturing company that produces portion-sized liquid pouch and cup condiments, sauces, jellies, and syrups. This role is essential for contributing to the successful production and packaging of these products, requiring individuals who are safety and quality-oriented. • Mission: This role ensures the efficient and quality production and packaging of liquid pouch and cup condiments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operate: Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments as needed.
• Package: Perform packaging of finished product packages into appropriate containers.
• Prepare: Make corrugated boxes and partitions, then pack finished merchandise into them.
• Monitor: Monitor merchandise cases to ensure proper weight and accurate packaging components.
• Maintain: Clean and rinse equipment during changeovers and keep the work area clean at all times.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required. General production duties within a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience: No specific years required; prior manufacturing experience is preferred, especially in a GMP/regulated industry.
• Skills: Ability to lift and carry 25 – 50 lbs on a regular basis, outstanding attendance record, strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to Quality standards, and ability to achieve a qualified score on a job skills assessment.
