This internship is designed for a meticulous and driven individual seeking hands-on experience in core accounting and financial operations within a leading insurance company. It provides a unique opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world financial processes that support the daily functioning of the business. The intern will be exposed to the inner workings of accounting systems and will develop skills foundational to a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and statement reviews.
• Help maintain and organise bank-related documentation and transaction records.
• Support the routine updating of group ledgers and journals.
• Participate in basic account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Work with the Finance team to ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
