The TL;DR

• Pay: $27.98 – $43.75 yearly
• Mission: Inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and resolve customer concerns to provide solutions after an accident.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reassure Customers: Provide solutions that make a difference in customers’ lives when they need support most after an accident.
• Assess Damage: Inspect and assess vehicle damage to accurately estimate vehicle repair costs.
• Negotiate Settlements: Negotiate equitable settlements with involved parties and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate Services: Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers to facilitate repairs and services.
• Manage Interactions: Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, write estimates, and manage rental cars.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Experience: Customer-facing experience preferred, including experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
• Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills, with the ability to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing and multitasking across platforms.
• Bonus: Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided); valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
