You will produce high-quality visual content and digital assets, playing a key role in shaping engaging visual narratives alongside senior designers and stakeholders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Visual Content Creation: Design and produce compelling visuals for both digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite, including original graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Specialized Asset Development: Utilize digital drawing tools such as Krita, Medibang, or FireAlpaca for custom graphics and assets, and assist in 3D model creation or refinement using Blender.
• Animation & Interaction: Create 2D animations and interactive content to enhance presentations and training materials.
• Collaboration & Brand Management: Work closely with senior designers, stakeholders, and the marketing team to ensure stringent brand consistency across all visual products and platforms, and collaborate with technical teams to visualize data and complex systems effectively.
• Project Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines within a secure environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career with a Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Graphic Design, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026. A mandatory requirement is US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Experience: Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. High proficiency in digital drawing programs such as Krita, Medibang, or FireAlpaca is required. Candidates must also have foundational experience in Blender for modeling or rendering and possess a deep understanding of visual trends and technical requirements for modern social platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and creative problem-solving abilities is essential.
• Skills: Exceptional visual storytelling capabilities with a keen eye for detail, adaptability to seamlessly switch between technical layouts and artistic illustrations, and a proactive approach to learning new design tools and staying current with design trends.
