What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care: Provide support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with safe transfers, walking, and other mobility needs to ensure their safety.
• Medication Oversight: Help clients stay on track with their medication schedules through timely reminders.
• Home Environment Maintenance: Perform light household tasks to maintain a clean, tidy, and comfortable living space for clients.
• Health Monitoring & Reporting: Observe, monitor, and accurately report changes in clients’ health status, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
