What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Support: Assist clients with essential daily living activities, including personal hygiene such as bathing and dressing, and preparing meals to ensure proper nutrition.
• Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor and accurately report on clients’ health status, changes in condition, and evolving needs to ensure timely and appropriate care adjustments.
• Safety & Mobility: Provide crucial support for client mobility, including transfers and ambulation, while actively ensuring and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Care Plan Execution: Diligently follow individualized care plans, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and communicate openly and respectfully with clients, their families, and all members of the care team.
• Professional Conduct: Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and strictly adhere to all established safety protocols and professional guidelines.
