What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Support doctors during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring efficient clinical workflow.
• Maintain: Set up and break down operatory rooms post-treatment and manage infection control through proper preparation and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Document: Aid doctors with accurate patient charting and administrative support for clinical records.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the entire dental team to provide exceptional patient care and handle various necessary office tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Must demonstrate the ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is essential.
• Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients across all ages and backgrounds.
