What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care Assistance: Provide direct assistance to clients with personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Mobility Support: Offer crucial support with client mobility, assisting them to move safely and confidently around their homes as part of their daily routine.
• Health Management Support: Administer timely medication reminders to ensure clients adhere to their prescription schedules and prepare nutritious and delicious meals tailored to their dietary needs.
• Home Environment Management: Support clients with essential household tasks such as light housekeeping, actively contributing to the maintenance of a safe and clean living environment.
• Emotional Connection & Reporting: Offer genuine companionship and vital emotional support, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere, while diligently following individualized care plans and promptly reporting any changes in client condition for continuous quality care.

• Background: Early Career level of professional experience, specifically focused on or with a strong desire to provide compassionate support and care to individuals requiring assistance.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required; the key qualification is the inherent ability and willingness to provide consistent, dependable, and compassionate care.
• Skills: Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to listen empathetically and convey information clearly. Demonstrated patience is crucial when assisting clients with various needs, alongside unwavering reliability to ensure consistent and dependable care provision.
