• Pay: $15–$28.85 hourly
• Team: Reports to Center Manager or Assistant Manager within the Lab team
• Mission: Contribute to creating patients’ smiles through hands-on lab work

What You’ll Actually Do
• Fabrication: Execute all necessary laboratory processes, from start to finish, to fabricate high-quality dental prosthetics and create patients’ new smiles within an expedited 24-hour turnaround period.
• Deadlines: Ensure all assigned lab cases are completed accurately and delivered punctually, meeting or exceeding established deadlines for timely patient care.
• Prioritization: Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing time efficiently and prioritizing individual cases effectively to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
• Communication: Foster clear and proactive communication channels with the Center Manager, Assistant Manager, Design and Cam departments, and all members of the Lab team to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving.
• Support: Provide support for general lab operations, including assisting with light lifting tasks such as relocating furniture or supply boxes, ensuring a tidy and functional workspace.

• Background: Career level: Early Career. This role is designed for individuals eager to begin a career in dental lab technology; no prior experience or specific educational degree is required to start.
• Experience: The position includes a mandatory 5-month hands-on training program, with all travel expenses for flights, living accommodations, and transportation covered. This comprehensive training will take place at one of Nuvia Dental Implant Center’s training centers located in Utah, Texas, Florida, or the New Orleans, LA lab, equipping technicians with the necessary skills to excel in creating high-quality dental prosthetics.
• Skills: Fluency in Spanish is essential for effective communication within our diverse patient and team environment. Candidates must demonstrate professional presentation consistent with Nuvia’s dress code. Flexibility to work various shifts, including day or overnight, with start times between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM for 8.5-hour shifts, is required to meet operational needs. A willingness to travel to designated training centers for the full duration of the initial 5-month training period is also a key requirement.
