Entry Level Bilingual Dental Lab Technician | NUVIA DENTAL IMPLANT CENTER

The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, various (travel for training may be required)
• Pay: $17–$28.85 hourly
• Team: Reports directly to the Center Manager and is part of the Lab team.
• Mission: Fabricate dental prosthetics efficiently within a 24-hour turnaround process to create patients’ smiles.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prosthetic Fabrication: Perform all required processes assigned to fabricate dental prosthetics.
• Efficiency & Timeliness: Ensure all work is completed efficiently and on or before the assigned time.
• Case Management: Manage time effectively and prioritize cases to meet deadlines.
• Team Communication: Maintain excellent communication with the Central Manager, Assistant Manager, Design and Cam departments, and the rest of the Lab team.
• Support Tasks: Assist with light lifting tasks such as chairs, desks, and boxes as needed.

• Background: Entry-level professional with a willingness to learn.
• Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive 5-month hands-on training program is provided.
• Skills: Fluency in Spanish, willingness to work overnight or during the day as needed, professional presentation adhering to Nuvia’s dress code, and ability to travel to a dedicated center for on-site training.
