What You’ll Actually Do
• Production Tasks: Perform various physical movements, including repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and pushing, to support the manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Material Handling: Safely lift and move materials, adhering to requirements of at least 15 lbs. up to 50 lbs., with occasional instances requiring heavier lifting depending on the specific role.
• Equipment Operation: Operate machinery for production, such as creeling processes, or powered industrial trucks like forklifts for material movement, as assigned to the specific position.
• Workplace Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness within all assigned work areas, including production floors and staging zones, to ensure an organized and efficient environment.
• Compliance and Collaboration: Strictly adhere to all company safety, attendance, and performance policies, while actively participating in shift communication and team efforts to ensure a smooth workflow and meet production demands.

• Background: Early Career individual capable of following both verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Experience: No prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is required for these entry-level positions.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, steadfast commitment to safety standards, and dedication to maintaining quality standards.
