Job Overview: Delivery Associate

Join our team as a Part-Time Delivery Associate, supporting the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up department at Walmart Supercenter #5090. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their online grocery orders efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle.
• Safely delivering merchandise to customer locations.
• Confirming deliveries with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any immediate needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour

The actual hourly rate will always meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location (De Pere, WI).

Additional Compensation:

• Performance Incentives: Eligibility for annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
• Premiums: Potential for additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on factors such as schedule (Mid-Shift, Closing), facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
