Hourly Wage

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16 – $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will always meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes:

• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As a Deli / Bakery Associate, your main priority is to prepare and present quality products for our valued customers. This role involves active engagement with customers at the service counter and efficient movement of incoming merchandise to the sales floor. Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and upholding proper food safety standards are critical responsibilities vital to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Preparing a variety of deli and bakery products to high-quality standards.
• Engaging positively with customers at the service counter, assisting with selections and orders.
• Efficiently stocking and merchandising incoming products onto the salesfloor.
• Ensuring all work areas are clean and meet strict food safety guidelines.
• Adhering to all food handling and hygiene protocols.
