This is a full-time and part-time Concierge Security Officer role at GardaWorld Security Services, located in Las Vegas South, NV. GardaWorld provides sophisticated and tailored security solutions. This role is crucial for building meaningful connections and ensuring a safe, welcoming experience for individuals across various environments like office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Mission: Maintain security and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a safe and positive experience for all.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service as a primary focus, building meaningful connections with people.
• Observation & Reporting: Observe and survey assigned locations, then provide detailed reports on all relevant activity.
• Deterrence & Patrols: Present a physical deterrent by performing patrols on foot, by car, or through other provided means.
• Threat Mitigation: Actively limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or other threats to ensure a safe environment.
• Incident Response: Provide rapid response in critical security situations to mitigate risks effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience: Successfully pass an extensive screening process as part of the application.
• Skills: Demonstrate superior people skills, a strong work ethic, and integrity. Have the physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and manage various weather conditions throughout shifts. Possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and be able to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.
• Bonus: 1 year of experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred. Possession of a Private Investigator’s Licensing Bureau (PILB) card is also preferred.
