Overview of the Role

Are you detail-oriented, service-driven, and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment? Join our team as a Club Lounge Attendant and help deliver an elevated experience for our Elite Bonvoy Members and Club Lounge guests. This part-time evening role is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction while staying busy behind the scenes—keeping the lounge refreshed, organized, and inviting throughout evening service. If you thrive in a hospitality-focused setting and enjoy making guests feel comfortable and cared for, we’d love to have you on our team!

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour
  • Shift: Part-time Evenings
  • Hours: Approximately 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Days: Sunday – Thursday

Key Responsibilities

As a Club Lounge Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an elevated and welcoming experience for Elite Bonvoy Members and Club Lounge guests.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and inviting atmosphere of the Club Lounge throughout evening service.
  • Performing frequent stocking and replenishment of food and beverage items.
  • Assisting with light food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing guest needs to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable performing frequent cleaning, stocking, and light food preparation tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts, specifically Sunday–Thursday (approximately 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
