The Westin St. Louis is an upscale property focused on delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences for its visitors. This role is crucial for providing an elevated and welcoming environment for Elite Bonvoy Members and Club Lounge guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

• Team: Supports the guest experience team within the Club Lounge.
• Mission: This person is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming Club Lounge experience for Elite Bonvoy Members and guests.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Experience: Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience for Elite Bonvoy Members and Club Lounge guests.
• Guest Engagement: Engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Lounge Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and inviting atmosphere of the Club Lounge throughout evening service.
• Stocking: Perform frequent stocking and replenishment of food and beverage items.
• Food Preparation: Assist with light food preparation tasks as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; this is an early career role.
• Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred for this role.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards; friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude; ability to multitask and stay organized; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Flexibility to work evening shifts specifically Sunday–Thursday (approximately 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM).
