This role combines the warm hospitality of a front desk professional with the sharp focus of a behind-the-scenes accountant, ensuring smooth overnight operations.

• Mission: To maintain smooth hotel operations overnight by assisting guests and accurately balancing daily revenue and reports.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process: Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and all supporting documentation.
• Audit: Audit and balance daily room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts.
• Service: Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests during overnight hours.
• Liaison: Serve as the primary hotel system liaison for all operational needs during overnight hours.
• Support: Assist guests with booking reservations and manage all incoming hotel phone calls.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding of customer service principles and hotel operational flows.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience (required).
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in phone and computer operation; professional, positive, and hospitality-focused attitude; ability to work overnight shifts, specifically Monday and Tuesday nights (required); ability to read and speak English.
• Bonus: Previous hotel or similar experience; previous cash handling experience.
