The Tone:
This is a 3rd shift role at Sprague Hotel Developers. As a company dedicated to hospitality, Sprague Hotel Developers focuses on providing excellent experiences for guests and efficient hotel operations. The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel during overnight hours, from financial reconciliation to guest satisfaction and facility monitoring. This position is vital for maintaining security, accuracy, and guest comfort when the majority of the team is off-duty.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitoring: Proactively monitor any activity at the hotel throughout the night.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter daily financial numbers into spreadsheets.
• Guest Service: Be personable, friendly, and attentive to guest needs during the overnight hours.
• Operations Management: Work independently and with self-motivation to get all assigned tasks completed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of numerical operations and basic computer usage, demonstrating a comfort level with technology essential for daily tasks.
• Experience: Practical working knowledge of computer systems is required.
• Skills:
• Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated working knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Data Entry & Numerical Accuracy: Ability to accurately enter daily financial numbers into spreadsheets and manage numerical data effectively.
• Independent Work Ethic: Strong capability for self-motivation and comfort with working autonomously through the night to ensure all duties are completed.
• Guest Relations: Personable and friendly demeanor, with a commitment to being attentive to guest needs and providing excellent service.
