What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee and tea, customizing orders correctly as requested by patrons.
• Serve: Serve prepared foods and baked goods, including sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, or bagels.
• Process: Receive and accurately process customer payments for purchases.
• Maintain: Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, work areas, service, and seating areas thoroughly and regularly.
• Stock: Ensure customer service stations are properly stocked with necessary paper products and beverage preparation items, and stock supplies or retail products as directed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum High School education preferred.
• Experience: Experience operating cash registers and calculators.
• Skills: Ability to multi-task effectively, strong verbal communication with guests and team members, basic mathematical skills for making change and refunds, and ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
