• Mission: This person will build strong customer relationships and drive engagement for client brands through direct retail interactions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Representation: Represent client brands inside retail locations through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers by delivering a positive, engaging experience and communicating product features, promotions, and services clearly.
• Product & Service Assistance: Assist customers in understanding options and selecting products and services that best fit their needs, handling questions with care.
• Sales & Marketing Support: Support daily sales and marketing initiatives to contribute towards team goals and campaign performance.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional image and demeanor while representing Start Club and its clients at all times.
