The Tone:
This is an early career position at Centria Autism, focused on developing future Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) through a robust practicum program. This role is vital for equipping individuals with the support, tools, and structure needed to become confident and capable clinical leaders in applied behavior analysis. The program is designed to guide trainees from early supervision through exam preparation, ensuring ethical and assent-based practice.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Direct Therapy: Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients, gaining hands-on experience in clinical application.
• Program Leadership: Lead components of programming under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Assessment Assistance: Assist with functional assessments, treatment planning, and goal setting using established clinical frameworks.
• Collaborative Care: Participate in family training sessions and team meetings to develop collaborative care skills.
• Structured Supervision: Receive structured supervision aligned to BACB task list competencies and Elevate program milestones.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Masters Degree, actively working toward BCBA certification and early in or preparing for their supervision journey.
• Experience: Practical experience delivering ABA therapy and engaging in components of programming under supervision.
• Skills: Delivering direct ABA therapy, assisting with functional assessments, participating in family training, clinical decision-making, and applying BACB task list competencies.
