• Mission: To politely and courteously serve coffee and related products, ensure correct portioning, and maintain a clean and sanitary service area for customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Serve Coffee Bar customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Sales Transactions: Perform customer sales transactions by maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and following department cash-handling policies and procedures.
• Cleanliness: Keep service and work areas clean and sanitary.
• Product Management: Replenish product as necessary and maintain and organize stock of items.
• Portion Control: Portion products correctly according to established standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional, with a focus on customer service in a food or beverage environment.
• Experience: Less than 2 years of overall experience required.
• Skills: Customer service, accurate cash handling, basic sanitation practices, and stock organization.
• Bonus: Prior Barista experience is preferred.
