Associate Client Executive (ACE) | Powerfleet
The Tone:
This is an early career position at Powerfleet, located remotely in the United States, requiring residence in the Central or Eastern Time Zone. Powerfleet is a global leader in the artificial intelligence of things (AIoT) software-as-a-service (SaaS) mobile asset industry, dedicated to unifying business operations and delivering actionable insights for Safety, Compliance, Efficiency, and Sustainability. This role is critical for generating pipeline and supporting enterprise sales efforts, designed for individuals looking to develop the necessary skills to become a successful Account Executive.

• Team: Works closely with Enterprise Account Executives
• Mission: Generate qualified sales pipeline and manage early-stage opportunities to support enterprise sales and develop into an Account Executive role.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Pipeline Generation: Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach, social selling, referrals, and account-based prospecting strategies to generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Opportunity Qualification: Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs and business challenges, then qualify opportunities and document findings within CRM systems.
• Sales Execution: Independently manage smaller sales opportunities from prospecting through close while supporting larger enterprise pursuits with research, prospecting, and opportunity management activities.
• Professional Development: Participate in sales training, coaching, and development programs to learn enterprise sales methodologies, account planning, and customer engagement strategies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 0–2 years of sales, business development, customer-facing, or related experience. Desire to build a career in enterprise sales.
• Experience: 0–2 years of sales, business development, customer-facing, or related experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly.
• Bonus: Internship, SDR, BDR, customer success, or sales experience. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Interest in SaaS, AIoT, telematics, logistics, supply chain, or operational technology solutions.
