What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Help manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring every shift operates smoothly and contributes to America Running on Dunkin’.
• General Manager Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant functions and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Sales and Profit Growth: Assist with local store marketing initiatives designed to achieve established sales and profit goals.
• Team Member Development: Facilitate team member growth and performance enhancement through ongoing training programs and development initiatives.
• Customer Satisfaction: Drive the business of making smiles by ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards in all customer interactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires prior managerial experience within the retail, restaurant, or hospitality sector. Candidates must also be at least 18 years of age, or older as required by applicable law.
• Experience: A minimum of six months of hands-on management experience in a fast-paced retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Skills: Possess exceptional capabilities in time management, attention to detail, and guest service. Must be ready to begin work as early as 4 am and maintain open availability to adapt to any changes in the work or location’s schedule.
