The Assistant Manager is a crucial team member responsible for supporting all store operations and setting a high standard for the crew.

• Team: Assists the General Manager with all store operations.
• Mission: Assist with all store operations to ensure the successful day-to-day running of the store, focusing on cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Oversee and assist with all store operations, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations during your shift.
• Policy Adherence: Set a strong example by consistently following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and ensure the entire crew adheres to the same standards.
• Administrative Support: Support the General Manager with various store responsibilities, including staffing, scheduling, general administrative duties, and maintenance scheduling and reporting.
• Product and Order Processing: Prepare products to Domino’s standards, safely operate all equipment, and accurately receive and process telephone and in-person customer orders.
• General Operational Duties: Perform necessary tasks to ensure smooth store operations, which may include making deliveries, assisting on the makeline, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial career level, involving leadership and operational oversight within a service environment.
• Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older, able to pass a background check, and possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record subject to Motor Vehicle Report review.
• Skills: Good navigational skills to read maps, follow directions, and locate addresses within a designated delivery area, including adverse terrain. Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work effectively alone and with others, and manage stress while meeting strict quality control standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for processing customer orders and maintaining professional interactions with co-workers. Capability for good judgment, decision-making, and analyzing data.
