Assistant Manager | Dunkin’​

• Team: The Assistant Manager reports to and assists the General Manager.
• Mission: This person ensures smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, supports sales and profit goals, and facilitates team member performance and training initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: You will partner with the General Manager to oversee and ensure that every operational shift runs seamlessly, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the restaurant.
• Team Development: You will actively assist in guiding team members through various performance and training initiatives, contributing to their professional growth and skill development within their roles.
• Sales & Profit Contribution: You will contribute to the achievement of established sales and profit goals by assisting with the execution of local store marketing strategies and promotional efforts.
• Restaurant Leadership Support: You will support the General Manager in the daily management and smooth functioning of restaurant operations, playing a vital part in helping America Run on Dunkin’.
• Guest Experience Focus: You will help maintain the “smile-making business” environment by demonstrating exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial level. Candidates should possess core domain knowledge in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management, preparing them to support daily operational and team leadership tasks effectively.
• Experience: A minimum of six months of relevant management experience within the retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors is required for this role. Applicants must also be at least 18 years of age.
• Skills: Demonstrated abilities in exceptional time management, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding guest service are essential. The role requires an individual who is prepared to begin their workday early, specifically at 4 am, and maintain open availability to accommodate any changes or variations in the work or location’s schedule.
