The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Portland, TN
• Team: Reports to Production Supervisor
• Mission: This person ensures products are accurately inspected, counted, and packaged according to quality standards and safety protocols.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inspect: Perform visual quality inspections of products to meet established standards.
• Package: Accurately count and place products into boxes as per packaging instructions.
• Label & Seal: Apply appropriate labels to products and boxes, then securely tape boxes.
• Lift: Perform lifting and carrying tasks for boxes weighing up to 45 lbs.
• Maintain: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to 5S principles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: One month or less of similar or related work experience.
• Skills: Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; capability to write identifying information; proficiency in requesting parts or supplies verbally or in writing.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Lean 101 principles.
