• Mission: This person provides top-tier home repair, maintenance, and improvement services, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Perform a diverse range of home improvement and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Cultivate: Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Oversee: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and job sites remain organized.
• Inform: Communicate project status and details clearly and consistently with both clients and team members.
• Safeguard: Strictly adhere to all established safety guidelines and regulations on every job site to ensure a secure working environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A strong foundation in various home improvement and repair trades, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of handyman service principles.
• Experience: Proven professional experience in handyman services or a related field, complemented by a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site travel.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough knowledge of safety protocols in home improvement.
