What You’ll Actually Do
• Property Maintenance: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair systems within apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Preventative Care: Implement preventative maintenance measures across various property systems and areas.
• Emergency Response: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance needs.
• Work Order Management: Utilize smart devices and property management software to accurately record and complete work orders.
• Resident Support: Deliver exceptional service to both residents and team members, aligning with company values and culture.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Proven background in general building maintenance within multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel environments.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Skills: Intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry; advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools; familiarity with building safety systems, including fire systems; ability to use smart devices and property management software.
• Bonus: EPA Type II certification or ability to obtain within 90 days; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
