Senior Analyst – Client Relationship Management | WTW

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at WTW, located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This position is vital for providing high-quality operational and backend support to broking teams, ensuring that business placed by WTW is accurately documented, booked, reconciled, and administered within agreed timelines. The role directly enables broking teams to focus on client management, placement strategy, and revenue generation.

• Mission: To provide disciplined, accurate, and timely operational support across revenue booking, insurer receivables, claims coordination, and commercial broking administration, enabling WTW’s broking teams to focus on client management, placement strategy, and revenue generation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Revenue Management: Support Account Handlers and Client Managers with accurate revenue booking for commercial insurance business and prepare comprehensive Excellence Review Files.
• Financial Reconciliation: Process revenue booking forms, validate information against placement documentation, and submit completed documentation to the Finance team while resolving discrepancies.
• Receivables Coordination: Coordinate with insurance companies on outstanding brokerage and commission receivables, maintaining accurate trackers, and escalating long-outstanding items for resolution.
• Claims Support: Act as a claims coordination interface, ensuring timely submission of claim notifications and supporting documentation, regular follow-up with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate claims pendency trackers.
• Broking Operations: Provide broader backend support across the insurance lifecycle, assist with documentation management, maintain MIS reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial insurance broking, insurance operations, insurer operations, shared services, or finance operations.
• Skills: Strong numerical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail; strong documentation and record-management skills; strong follow-up and coordination skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to identify discrepancies and resolve operational issues independently.
• Bonus: Qualifications in Insurance, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration; experience working with insurance brokers or commercial insurance companies.
