What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools utilized across the field organization.
• Consolidation: Identify tool overlap and actively support efforts to consolidate redundant tools.
• Enablement: Draft internal communications and create enablement programs to enhance AI tool engagement and adoption.
• Access Management: Manage the intake process and provision access requests for various AI tools.
• Data Quality: Support data organization, quality control, and hygiene efforts specifically related to AI tools.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early to mid-level experience in enablement, sales operations, business operations, or IT operations, coupled with a keen interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn their technical aspects.
• Experience: Practical experience following and improving structured operational processes in a professional setting.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, collaborative abilities for effective cross-functional teamwork, basic proficiency with data tools such as spreadsheets and dashboards, and the capability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
