Account Coordinator | Cosmetic Solutions Innovation Labs

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Sample Management: Oversee the process of managing new product samples, ensuring timely client delivery and maintaining clear communication throughout the sample phase.
• Customer Material Coordination: Liaise with customers to coordinate the delivery and receipt of customer-supplied materials, including tracking ETAs and packing slips, and creating internal purchase orders.
• Finished Goods Shipping: Facilitate and manage the shipping of finished goods between clients and the internal shipping department, ensuring orders reach their destination on time and in excellent condition.
• Order Processing: Process customer purchase orders, maintain accurate order information within internal systems, and coordinate with Account Executives regarding discrepancies or required changes.
• Open Order Report Management: Maintain and update open order reports, ensuring accuracy and currency, monitoring for potential delays or risks, and communicating findings to the Account Executive.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An Associate’s Degree or equivalent is required for this entry-level role, suitable for candidates with a positive attitude in a high-paced work environment.
• Experience: Proven administrative or assistant experience is necessary, coupled with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Skills: Excellent time management and prioritization skills; strong organizational and planning capabilities; attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude; excellent written and verbal communication; and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Previous administrative experience is considered a plus.
