Job Description: Internship Site Monitor

The Internship Site Monitor plays a vital role in overseeing and supporting Summer Youth Employment (SYEP) participants.

Essential Functions:

Collect Timesheets: Gather timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring they are completed accurately and comprehensively.
Worksite Relationship: Cooperate and maintain a positive working relationship with assigned worksite supervisors.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other vocational program staff (job developers, program supervisors, and other program staff) to develop comprehensive vocational plans.
Assessment Assistance: Assist in the administration of performance-based tests and evaluations.
Reporting: Prepare detailed and concise weekly assessment reports that accurately reflect field observations.
Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and well-organized records.
Performance Metrics: Meet performance expectations and metrics as defined for the position within the assigned program.
Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to plan and execute assignments independently.
• Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines, and multitask effectively.

Qualifications Preferred:

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a vocational or human service setting.

• Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, including strict confidentiality and adherence to all HIPAA guidelines at all times.

Additional Information:

• Travel is required.
• Schedule: Monday and Tuesday: 9:30 am -4:30 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am -2:00 pm
• Temporary Position: June 30, 2025 – August 22, 2025
