Graduate Development Program Trainee – Medical Device (Plymouth, MN) | Philips

The Tone:
This is a full-time entry-level program at Philips, located in Plymouth, MN. What You’ll Actually Do
• Projects: Coordinate planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities for projects in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Analysis: Conduct research and analysis, synthesize information from multiple sources, and create clear reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Solutions: Apply developing technical or functional knowledge to help address low- to medium-complexity business challenges and support innovative solutions.
• Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, performance measures, or operational efficiency and support implementation of practical improvements.
• Development: Set measurable milestones with your manager or mentor, seek and apply feedback, and take ownership of your development throughout the program.
• Collaboration: Communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels and across functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Degrees in engineering, science, or other technical disciplines are strongly preferred. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: No prior full-time work experience is required, but relevant internship, co-op, research, project, or business experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive learning mindset, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
• Bonus: A strong interest in healthcare, technology, and improving lives through meaningful work.
