What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Help teams maintain BNY’s financial integrity, support sustainable growth, and drive operational excellence across the firm.
• Assist: Contribute to work related to financial planning and analysis, reporting, market and competitor analysis, balance sheet analysis, capital management, and strategic planning.
• Analyze: Conduct data analysis and interpret financial information to provide insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities for efficiency.
• Collaborate: Work across lines of business and corporate functions on projects that support decision-making, process improvement, and the use of emerging financial technologies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.), with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required as this is an early career analyst program; does not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
• Skills: Financial analysis, strategic thinking, problem-solving, data interpretation, collaboration, communication, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
