What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Engagement: Participate in a competitive, two-year rotational training program designed to provide broad firm exposure and deep industry training.
• Skill Exploration: Immerse in distinct rotations across Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams to explore personal interests and strengths.
• Career Pathing: Prepare for long-term career opportunities in key areas such as Sales and Client Service, Marketing and Communications, Investment Technology and Portfolio Analytics, or Trade and Investment Operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree. Entry-Level role with an emphasis on aptitude and potential, welcoming all majors.
• Experience: Open to December 2026 and Spring 2027 Graduates. Demonstrated ability to appropriately leverage technology, including AI tools, to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
• Skills: Strong academic performance, excellent verbal and written communication skills, interest in financial markets, intellectual curiosity, readiness to dive into new situations, think creatively, and work hard.
