What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support teams that help maintain BNY’s financial integrity, ensure sustainable growth, and drive operational excellence across the firm.
• Assist: Assist with work related to financial planning and analysis, comprehensive financial reporting, market and competitor analysis, balance sheet analysis, capital management, and strategic planning.
• Analyze: Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpret complex financial information to provide crucial insights into business performance, identify potential risks, and highlight opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate: Collaborate across various lines of business and corporate functions on projects designed to support informed decision-making, enhance process improvement, and facilitate the effective use of emerging financial technologies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
• Skills: Financial analysis, business insight generation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, financial reporting, planning, data interpretation, collaboration, communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset.
• Bonus: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
