The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Citi, located in New York, NY. Citi is a global organization operating a unified wealth platform that serves clients across the wealth continuum, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and affluent clients. This analyst position is critical to supporting some of the world’s most influential individuals and their families by delivering tailored wealth management services and identifying global opportunities while managing risk. The program is designed to equip new graduates with the knowledge and training needed to establish a long-term career within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Deliver wealth management services to clients under guidance from Banker teams.
• Product Engagement: Gain experience across core products including Banking, Investments, Lending, and Wealth Planning.
• Solution Collaboration: Partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Portfolio Optimization: Utilize Citi’s proprietary asset allocation model and analytical tools to optimize client portfolios.
• Business Development: Contribute to client analytics, proposals, and explore new business opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, open to all academic disciplines, demonstrating a strong desire to learn.
• Experience: No prior professional experience explicitly required, but candidates should possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with resiliency to work effectively in a challenging and high-volume environment.
• Skills: Ability to pass the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Upholds a strong significance to business ethics, exhibits a high level of personal integrity, and has a commitment to excellence.
