Rotational Program – Finance Insights & Data Analyst | Roche

The Tone:
This is a two-year Rotational Program at Roche, with assignments across multiple US locations including Tucson, Pleasanton, Santa Clara, Branchburg, and Indianapolis, and potential international experience. Roche is a global healthcare company dedicated to advancing science to prevent, stop, and cure diseases, ensuring access to healthcare for generations. This program is designed to cultivate high-potential finance leaders, equipping them with critical skills to contribute to Roche’s mission through challenging assignments and strategic development. Upon successful completion, participants will be considered for Enterprise Finance Business Partner roles, contributing directly to the company’s impact.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Complete four structured rotations, each between 3 and 8 months, across various DIA Finance chapters over a two-year period.
• Exposure: Gain experience in diverse finance areas including the Enterprise Center of Excellence, Commercial Finance, R&D Innovation Chapter, and relevant Finance/Business projects.
• Leadership: Assume a leadership role, such as a Product Owner, in at least one of the assigned rotations.
• Development: Engage with senior managers through a Steering Committee and work with a mentor to support ongoing career growth and learning.
• Advancement: Prepare for consideration for Enterprise Finance Business Partner roles within DIA Finance upon successful completion of the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Informatics, holding a GPA of 3.0 or higher, with a required graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Experience: Between one and two years of work experience, which may include internships.
• Skills: Exceptional structured problem-solving and strategic analytical abilities, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a strong drive for adopting new technologies to provide financial transparency and derive insights.
• Bonus: Prior working or internship experience in public accounting, management consulting, or the healthcare sector is preferred, along with a global mindset and willingness for regional/global mobility.
