The TL;DR

• Location: In-person Gloucester, MA
• Pay: $60000–$72000 yearly
• Mission: To develop financial and accounting expertise across various business functions, contributing to the strategic success of the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Initial Assignment: Be placed into an initial specific assignment within Customer Finance, General Accounting, Supply Chain Financial Analysis, or Marketing and Sales Financial Analysis.
• Rotate Assignments: Move to various assignments within the Finance activity over time to build diverse experience and a comprehensive skill set.
• Develop Expertise: Cultivate financial and accounting expertise while gaining a thorough understanding of the business operations.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with peers and senior managers in other disciplines, including Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Information Technology.
• Drive Impact: Make a significant and measurable difference in the success and strategic outcomes of the business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, demonstrating a desire for a career in Corporate Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: Strong business analysis skills, complemented by well-developed PC proficiency.
• Skills: Ability to leverage information to develop insightful business judgment, initiative as a self-starter, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Bonus: Some relevant work experience is preferred.
