What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Perform in-depth company and industry research and analysis to inform client strategies.
• Execution Support: Support the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid timelines.
• Documentation: Prepare marketing materials and transaction documentation, including confidential memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analysis.
• Financial Modeling: Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting of financial statements.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of the Bank’s product suite to better serve clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level graduate program for individuals completing their studies between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027. Requires a strong foundational knowledge and interest in Corporate Finance and Accounting.
• Experience: No more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience. Must be able to start full-time work in July 2027 and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Confident, constructive, and effective communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects with rigid timelines and solve problems; interest and ability to work collaboratively across global teams; proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows while applying critical judgment.
