The Tone:
This is a 24-month full-time rotational program at The Timken Company, with rotations located at Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio, and various manufacturing plants across the United States. This Finance College Graduate Program (FCGP) offers incoming professionals a unique and differentiated experience, providing broad-based business leadership development opportunities within the Finance organization. What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute to Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, gaining hands-on experience within various finance streams such as Accounting and Plant Controlling.
• Conduct Strategic Analysis: Perform financial analysis and provide operational support, developing insights in areas like Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Communicate Financial Insights: Communicate financial results effectively to stakeholders, building skills in investor relations and executive leadership exposure.
• Manage Accounts & Compliance: Conduct thorough account reconciliations and ensure adherence to tax law compliance within rotating functions.
• Support Business Planning: Assist with planning and profitability reporting, applying different costing methods and contributing to Treasury and Audit functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a closely related field, with graduation no later than May 2027. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Possess prior Finance internship or co-op experiences. Demonstrate leadership skills, evidenced through academic projects, extra-curricular activities, military service, or employment experiences. Must be able to relocate within the United States to participate in program rotations across corporate and manufacturing locations.
• Skills: Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Account Reconciliation, Tax Law Compliance, Leadership.
• Bonus: Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
