2027 Wealth & Investment Management Analyst Program | Wells Fargo
The Tone:
This is a full-time Early Career Analyst role at Wells Fargo, with multiple opportunities available in Charlotte, NC and St. Louis, MO, aligned with headquarters locations. Wells Fargo is one of the United States’ leading providers of financial and investment services, dedicated to helping clients pursue their financial goals with confidence. This program is designed to attract, develop, and retain exceptional recent college graduates, building bench strength and strengthening the workforce within the Wealth & Investment Management division through foundational experience in non-client facing roles.

• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person Charlotte, NC and St. Louis, MO
• Team: Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Analyst Program, working within one of WIM’s divisions (Client Relationship Group, Digital and Direct Investing, or Shared Services & Branch Support). This is a non-rotational program.
• Mission: To attract, develop, and retain recent college graduates, building future talent and strengthening the workforce within Wealth & Investment Management by providing hands-on experience and professional development in non-client roles.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement: Maintain daily contact with leaders at all levels of the organization, including senior management, team members, individual contributors, and vendors.
• Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify and recommend enhancements for operational efficiency.
• Resolution: Independently solve problems and bring closure to issues, questions, and requests from various stakeholders.
• Communication: Translate business needs into clear verbal and written solutions for customers and/or management.
• Project Work: Lead or participate in projects or support activities, which are moderate in size and organizational span, including investment management, financial analyses, and consulting tasks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026-June 2027. This is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: Possess 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; proven ability to prioritize work, take personal accountability, meet deadlines, and work under pressure; critical thinking and basic data analysis capabilities; and a demonstrated understanding of business and financial concepts.
• Bonus: Active participation in extracurricular or enrichment activities, including leadership, volunteer, or student organization experience.
