Analyst Rotational Program | NorthPoint Development

The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career rotational program at NorthPoint Development. The company is a privately held commercial real estate operating company specializing in industrial, data center, and multi-family development. This program is designed to accelerate careers in real estate, finance, and development by providing recent college graduates with structured, hands-on experience across multiple departments. Through dedicated mentorship and diverse projects, participants will gain foundational skills before transitioning into a permanent role within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Build financial models, conduct valuation analysis, analyze financial statements, monitor investment performance, and prepare debt packages and cash forecasts.
• Market Research & Development Support: Conduct market research, perform feasibility analysis, assist in site identification and underwriting, and coordinate with consultants on site viability.
• Leasing & Asset Management Support: Support the creation and review of leasing proposals, track market activity, create presentations, and collaborate with investor partners on strategy and reporting.
• Operational & Financial Reporting: Manage cash positions, prepare working capital reports, reconcile investment accounts, support transactional operations, and create operating budgets and capital plans.
• Debt Placement Assistance: Prepare debt packages, assist in structuring transactions, support loan closings, and track pipeline activity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent college graduates (0-2 years post-graduation) with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience: 0-2 years of post-graduate experience, demonstrating an interest in analytical roles within real estate, finance, or development.
• Skills: Proven analytical capabilities, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and an eagerness to learn and explore new areas.
• Bonus: A strong interest in exploring multiple career paths within real estate and finance before specializing in a permanent position.
