What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Participate actively in the multi-year Financial Analyst Development Program (FADP), joining a growing community of analysts and engaging in cohort activities designed for accelerated development.
• FP&A Exposure: Gain comprehensive exposure to all areas of Financial Planning & Analysis through program-led case studies, job shadows, presentations, and senior leader/alumni panels.
• Strategic Partnership: Nurture influential partnerships with leaders across Target by providing credible, high-quality, and reliable financial insights.
• Analytical Contribution: Apply strong analytical rigor, creative problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making to contribute actively to cross-functional teams.
• Business Impact: Develop solutions that directly affect financial and operational direction-setting, merchandising strategies, capital investment decisions, and optimal resource utilization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate program.
• Experience: Successful completion of an internship or related work experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, communication, and decision-making capabilities, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
