The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Regions Bank, located in Dallas, TX. What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Support Commercial Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Officers in managing client relationships, including interactions with current and prospective clients.
• Market Monitoring: Monitor news, current events, transactions, and financial information relevant to clients and prospects.
• Solution Identification: Identify client needs and recommend Regions’ products, services, or other unique ideas to help clients achieve their goals.
• Financial Information Gathering: Develop and gather detailed financial information from clients to provide to Credit Products partners for underwriting prospective loan requests.
• Material Preparation: Prepare high-quality written materials, including pitches, proposals, client deliverables, and associated supporting analyses.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or a minor or concentration in one of these fields.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required, as this is a development program for individuals graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong business acumen and critical thinking capabilities; demonstrated leadership and academic skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
