Strategy & Enablement Analyst – Global Future Leaders Program (2027) | Lenovo

• Team: Reports to the Director, Sales Portfolio Enablement within Lenovo’s Solutions Services Group Asia Pacific.
• Mission: Support the execution and growth of strategic offerings and portfolios across Asia Pacific within the Solutions Services Group, progressing towards a Junior Portfolio Enablement Manager role.
• Tech Stack: PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, collaboration tools
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support Asia Pacific business reviews, program reporting, and executive-ready updates.
• Drive: Drive execution tracking, follow-up actions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop: Develop business insights and recommendations to improve execution and business impact.
• Lead: Lead portfolio launches and sales enablement efforts for strategic offerings.
• Engage: Drive seller engagement, pipeline creation, and offering adoption across Asia Pacific.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree from an accredited university. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning, aligning with Lenovo’s vision for Smarter Technology for All.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential through academic achievements, professional experiences, internships, or community involvement, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams.
• Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to simplify complex information into concise summaries and present confidently. Proficiency is required in using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams/collaboration platforms. The role demands strong execution, ownership, and follow-through, with an analytical and detail-oriented working style, and the ability to think strategically while managing ambiguity.
• Bonus: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is beneficial, with additional Asian languages considered a plus. Prior experience in leading projects or teams is preferred, alongside a specific interest, exposure, or knowledge related to technology, AI, and/or business management.
