Graduate Program Corporate Finance Consultant | FTI Consulting

This is a full-time Graduate Program role at FTI Consulting, located in France. • Team: Graduate Program Finance Consultant within the Corporate Finance segment
• Mission: Gain unique experience across multiple management consulting functions by completing three rotations within specialized teams over 18 months.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial performance and Quality of Earnings analyses, examining cash flows, working capital, and cash generation.
• Strategic Transformation: Perform operational and financial diagnostics to identify value creation levers and define target operating models, contributing to program implementation.
• Transaction Advisory: Contribute to financial due diligence work, identify principal financial risks, and analyze financial forecasts for merger and acquisition operations.
• Corporate Restructuring: Analyze the financial and operational situation of companies in distress, construct and challenge cash flow forecasts, and model turnaround scenarios.
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Facilitate discussions and exchanges with shareholders, creditors, and other relevant parties in challenging financial and operational contexts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Final year student in a top-tier business school, engineering school, or university. This is an Entry-Level position.
• Experience: Possess a first significant experience in finance, strategy consulting, M&A, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or Valuation.
• Skills: Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, robust problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to interact with various stakeholders in a demanding environment. Candidates must be curious, entrepreneurial, attracted by international environments, and perfectly fluent in French and English.
• Bonus: A third language is considered a valuable asset.
