What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Understanding: Deeply understand client needs to support decision-making using best practices, data-driven approaches, and digital solutions, including those in Digital Health.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and re-engineer end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in governance, operational efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Solution Design: Propose and integrate innovative improvement initiatives, technology, change management, and digital solutions to address client challenges.
• Deliverable Creation: Design and produce high-value deliverables such as process maturity assessments, strategic guidelines, operating model optimizations, and market benchmarking.
• Project Management: Contribute to the planning and management of projects, including defining work plans, timelines, milestones, and monitoring activity progress.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree in economics, Biomedical or Management Engineering, or scientific disciplines applied to business.
• Experience: 2-4 years in management consulting or similar roles, preferably with exposure to Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Digital Health, including experience with Life Sciences business processes and industry trends.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities, capacity to model complex end-to-end processes, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and strong written and oral communication in Italian and English.
