What You’ll Actually Do
• Prioritize: Prioritize, launch, and scale new Agentic AI features of internal AI SaaS products for over 2,000 users based on impact, effort, and risk.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with and consult stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend enhancements, and drive the adoption of best practices.
• Oversee: Oversee configuration and maintenance of various software-as-service applications related to GenAI, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor: Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve KPIs related to user adoption and system usage for AI solutions.
• Champion: Champion internal adoption through strategic communication campaigns, hackathons, enablement initiatives, and partnerships with AI Change Champions for effective training.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a university degree and have a background in consulting, professional services, or a startup environment.
• Experience: Bring 2-5+ years of experience in managing software solutions, with a focus on Analytics, SaaS, or AI-based solutions, including experience with SaaS enterprise software solutions and cloud technologies.
• Skills: Skilled at translating technical AI concepts into measurable business impact for diverse, non-technical audiences, possess strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making abilities, and are highly proficient in both spoken and written English (C1 or above).
• Bonus: Ideally have hands-on experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot; are familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements related to AI and data privacy; and German language skills are a plus.
